Space for the Studio Founder

About me:
I run a small creative studio and I’m relocating within Nashville after wrapping a tough divorce. Looking for a steady place for 12+ months (open to longer). I’m tidy, pay on time, and I travel some weeks.

Schedule: I have two amazing boys (12 & 5) every Thu night and every other weekend. We’re respectful of quiet hours and mostly out for activities → or videogaming. They mucho like their pixels and power-ups.

Pet: One very sweet, well-trained 10-yr-old Plott hound (Yadier). Crate-trained, vaccinated, calm with people and pets. I can share a “pet resume.”

Vibe: Low-drama, communicative, considerate. Happy with light hangouts, also fine doing my own thing. Non-smoker. Clean kitchen/bath, chores, shared-space etiquette.

Budget & timing: Ready to apply now; flexible Jan move-in (earlier possible). Can prepay or offer larger deposit if that helps.

What I’m hoping for:
• Private 2BR, one for boys, one for me → good internet, parking
• House or apartment with roommates who value respect and quiet enjoyment
• Pet-friendly
