Looking for a room at Astoria or LIC

I am looking to rent a room in Astoria or LIC, preferably max 10-15 mins walking distance from the subway.

A few words about me:

By being roommates with me, you find someone who will be considerate while living together, respecting your personal space. I value a living arrangement that is based on respect and understanding towards the other person because at the end we should make each other's lives easier, not harder.

In general, I am tidy, and while my room may be a bit disorganised sometimes, but I always pay attention to remain organised in the common areas.

In my free time, I like to go hiking, travel and explore new and interesting cuisine, if you would like to join any of these activities, you are most welcome to do so. It is always better to live together and not just exist together.
