Seeking room to rent for single professional male

Hello, I'm Mark and I'm looking for a room to rent closer to my working area so I don't have to spend so much time commuting. Looking for something north of the 10, possibly the Burbank/Glendale/Pasadena area but I'm open to potential suggestions that may work(still getting familiar with the area).
I don't have any pets, don't have any kids, don't smoke, drink or do drugs but totally ok with people that want to do what they like to do. I will say that I don't want to live where there's smoking of whatever type being done inside the house. I think its always good to be friendly with those living with and hang out, I also understand sometimes there's great roommates that do well just living with and have other interest which is totally fine as well. Currently I mainly work so mainly looking for a place to lay my head and place my things. I do have multiple vehicles, so I will need some parking. If there's some storage that's also a plus. I'm not a strict neat person, but I do like to try and keep things picked up and the place looking & smelling good. Like I said, open to suggestions and looking to move into somewhere soon so I can stop doing 3½ to 5hrs a day in commuting from Long Beach. I have recommendations from the last 2 landlords I rented from. Thank you for your consideration
