💸 Budget: Ideally, no one would pay more than $1800/month (unless someone takes a master room with a private bath, of course).

🏠 Why start a lease from scratch? Because I realised most subleases are overpriced — old rooms being rented for way more than they’re worth just because you’re helping someone else cover part of their rent. By renting a full apartment together, we’ll have way better options and more value for our money ✨

🎸 About me: I’m passionate about music and the entertainment industry, love rock, and would totally live on the Sunset Strip if I could 😄 When I’m home, I enjoy socialising, playing board games, or watching something cozy on TV. Sometimes I just lay down and exist on my bed, I must confess. I believe the key to great shared living is respect — keeping common areas clean, being mindful, and using that “would I be okay if my roommate did this?” rule. I’d love to share a place with people (any gender!) I can genuinely be friends with, not just co-exist.
