I am a female student aged 33. I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from 12/01/2025 and have a budget of $1,000/month. I would like to share with females, theys or gays of any age.

✨About me & my situation✨ I just got out of the Navy (July 2025) and I'm going to school full time at Everett Community College. My income comes primarily from the GI Bill and secondarily from federal/state student aid. I have a senior dog named JoJo that I love very much. I like saving money. while I could live on my own, I prefer the company, the teamwork and the savings. I'm very focused on a couple of things for the next 3 years: 1️⃣Leveling up my skills & knowledge 2️⃣Leveling up my career 3️⃣ Leveling up my income 4️⃣ Giving my dog a comfortable living situation for the last years of her life. ✨Because of this I lead a very simple life right now✨ It's all about my goals and Jojo. I'm clean, quiet and mind my own business. I'm a good cook (and a bit of a stockpiler) if you want to share food/groceries. Not dating right now so I wont bring random men to your house (but even if I was, I am very cautious and careful about letting men know where I live). Once Jojo passes away, I don't plan on getting another pet. While I would not consider myself a contractor, I am creative and handy enough to help you around the house if you need assistance with a home improvement project. Just show me what it is and I'll see what I can do. 🐶More about Jojo 🐶 She's 15 years old. She doesn't do much these days but nap and vibe. She loves pets and gets a long well with other pets/dogs. She's skittish and shy, not aggressive at all. ⚠️ She has a pancreatic condition so she is on a special diet. Do not, under any circumstances, give her unapproved snacks or food! ⚠️ I'm open to meeting up for coffee or something for an initial vibe check. Outside of school and Jojo I love coffee, tea, trying new restaurants, digital drawing, the outdoors, indie films, fashion, music, and the roman empire. 🚽 Bonus points if you have a bidet. I spent 2 years in Japan and I have been forever changed 😫 If you don't have one, I'll help you install it, they're great! You can keep it when I leave!
