My boyfriend and I are looking move within the next few weeks, and we are seeking a room that is suitable for couples and roommates that are fine living with a couple. I work as a substitute teacher and artist, he is an NYU graduate student student and artist. We are clean, friendly, professional and happy to keep to ourselves. We do cook, so a kitchen is a must. Other than that, we are flexible on any other amenities, with location and price being our top priorities.
We would prefer a place anywhere in Manhattan, but are open to places outside of Manhattan within a 40 minute commute to Washington Square Park. Our budget is $1800 a month including any couples fees or utilities.
We have no pets, no children, and no plans to start with either anytime soon. We have availability to come look at a place any week day after about 3:45 PM.
