Room wanted in Phoenix

I am a professional male aged 25. I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from 01/05/2026 and have a budget of $800/month. I would prefer to share with males, ideally between 18 and 99 years old. I have a 7 year old trained dog and work as an insurance agent at Farmers, i get paid 2 times a month on the same dates. I have a Tv, an xbox, a bed, and a small nightstand with a little bit other miscellaneous things like clothes n stuff. Im pretty easy to get along with and i clean often.
