My name is Olivia and I am 26 years old. I am looking for a private room for just myself anywhere in Orange County or San Diego County. I don’t smoke, vape, drink, or do drugs. I also clean up after myself and I am quiet at night to be considerate of others’ need to sleep. My grandfather will be my co-signer and pay the rent/utilities.
I currently have temporary physical health issues/temporary disabilities that make me unable to go to work or college right now, but my plan is to return to school and get a part time job once I’m well enough to do so. I want to go to a local CSU. My budget is $1000 including utilities.
I am looking for a place where I have access to the kitchen and laundry during daytime/evening hours (really just being able to finish my cooking and laundry by 9pm), that is pet free (I have allergies), where no one smokes or vapes inside and where there is a space for me to park my car (street parking is fine- I just want to live in an area where street parking is easily accessible). I value an environment that’s quiet when I go to bed (10pm or later).
I am also looking for a place that is LGBT friendly. I don’t frequently have people over but I want my dad to be able to come and visit me during the day.
