Looking for a room for rent

Hello! My name is Olivia. I am 26 years old, college student, and I work part time. I am interested in a room for rent in South OC, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, or Tustin. I am looking to live in a place will full access to the common areas (including kitchen and laundry). My dad will be the co-signer. I don’t smoke, drink, or use drugs. I don’t have any pets and would prefer a pet-free environment as I’m allergic to cats and some dogs. If you have small dogs that are short hair or hypo allergic, I’m willing to meet them to see if they trigger my allergies (which are very mild). If your dogs don’t trigger my allergies, I’d have no issue living with them. I love pets when they don’t trigger my allergies. I’m also looking for a place that’s LGBT friendly. I work evenings sometimes so I would be coming home late sometimes but I’d be quiet and considerate of others’ to sleep. I value living in an environment that’s quiet when I need to sleep. I also value cleaning up after myself in the common areas. I respect others’ boundaries, privacy, and private spaces and I expect to be granted the same in return.
