I'm a VP of Sales at a freight forwarding company, ZHL Supply Chain. My monthly income is $8000. I'm a single occupant with no pets. I don't smoke, and just an occasional social drinker. I work from home most of the time. I'm a very clean and organized person. There will be no party or loud music at your premises. I don't even have a TV. I have a girlfriend, but she will not be staying overnight.

My budget is ~$1000/mth. I prefer an apartment with utilities included, washer/dryer big bonus. I also need to have access to easy parking. I need to move in on December 1.
