Budget $650 heat, etc. incl., I keep my living space clean, I have good communication skills. I would like a space in a peaceful
non-smoking home with kind-hearted people. A busy home is fine but just don't prefer loud rude or constantly partying housemates. I'm a non-smoker/drinker/drugs, I don't mind being around a social drinker, but please-no everyday all-day partying. I'm spiritual but keep to my own about it. Prefer a lease/contract/agreement. House rules/guidelines are fine by me as they set clear expectations for all residing there.
