Room wanted in Las Vegas

Hello, I am looking for a room to rent for a few months in North West Las Vegas. I'm looking to rent a room ASAP, and my max budget is $850 a month. I am seeking a comfortable and clean living space to share with either male or female roommates of any age. It would be a room that I would be renting for myself and my husband that I am in the process of divorcing.

My husband (of 19 yrs next month) and I have a mutual agreement and understanding that we require a separate location that we each can take turns locating to when it is our scheduled time so that we each can have one and one time with our four children ages 3-16.

We thankfully have a court behavior order in place as well as a court family mediation service in place as well to ensure things go smoothly and cordially. I can assure you there will be no conflict as we will never cross paths in your home. We will have shifts so to speak. I foresee us requiring the use of the room for 60 to 90 days but I wanted to ensure I was transparent that we may want to extend to a few more months if needed and would be in constant communication with you in the time leading up to these decisions and give advanced notice.

We actually own a home in the Sky Hills area. My husband and I are both 37yr old disabled veterans and both full time students. I am a nationally licensed Radiographer and Mammographer and will soon be working in the Summerlin/Paradise area of town.

I can guarantee we are each good, clean, well behaved people. We are respectable, kind, honest, and trust worthy. We will each be good tenants and are well kept and quiet.

We are just going through a transition and would like things to be easier on the kids and to increase our ability to make things smoother if it can be helped.
