Room wanted in Washington

I am a woman, 44yo, no pets. I just graduated with my degree in counseling and art therapy. I currently have my own expensive apartment in downtown Seattle, but I want to rent a room instead to save money and postpone getting a job while I study some fun esoteric therapy modalities like Jungian analysis, tarot archetypes, shadow work, etc. I am currently learning eco art therapy.

Payment will never be a problem, I get a monthly stipend for my chronic pain and insomnia condition. I don't have special needs. I have plenty of savings, great credit score, I've never been late on a payment in my life ,and I can provide references from my last two landlords.

I am extremely clean and you mostly won't know I am there except you'll see me making my home-made boba tea 3 times a day. I eat like a bird.

I have very few things and no furniture. I travel light as I only intend to rent a room for a short trial: month to month, before deciding whether to stay longer. I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $1000/month. I would like to share with any gender, ideally over 30.

I am very quiet, kind, sensitive, and I stay mostly hidden. I don't drive due to my sleep difficulty, so I have groceries delivered once a month. Bonus if you live near a public bus or lightrail. Also great if you live near nature and have dogs or cats, I love animals.
