Room wanted in Washington

I am a woman, 45 yo, no pets. I just graduated with my degree in counseling and art therapy. I currently rent a room in White Center, Washington, near Seattle. I want to move to Poulsbo to live closer to someone I am dating.


Payment will never be a problem, I get a monthly stipend from the VA for my chronic pain and insomnia condition. I don't have special needs. I have plenty of savings, great credit score, I've never been late on a rent payment in my life, and I can provide references from my last two landlords.

I am extremely clean and I’m an introvert so I hide. You will only see me occasionally in the kitchen. Otherwise I keep to myself.

I have very few things and no furniture. I travel light as I only intend to rent a room for a short trial: month to month, before deciding whether to stay longer. I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $1000/month. I would like to share with any gender, ideally over 25.

I am very quiet, kind, sensitive, and I stay mostly hidden. I don't drive due to my sleep difficulty, so I have groceries delivered once a month. Bonus if you live near a public bus or lightrail. Also great if you live near nature and have dogs or cats, I love animals.
