☆ in Search of Space for Two ☆

Hi, we're Eli and Julie! We are a couple looking for a place to rent with our cat Mars starting at the beginning of December. Eli is twenty-three, Julie is twenty-four, and Mars is four.

Since graduating from NYU, Eli has landed a job with the NYC Parks Department, which they are starting this winter, and Julie has been working on graduate school applications while job hunting.

Having lived with various roommates throughout the city, we both know the importance of maintaining a clean, calm, and pleasant living environment while mitigating and addressing the difficulties that can pop up in close living situations. It is important to us to discuss living expectations with any potential roommates and keep an open, clear line of communication.

If things go well, maybe we can all make a new friend out of it too :) we look forward to hearing from you!
