- Open to most places in the city as long as it’s not that far a commute to midtown Manhattan.
-Would like to stay around my rent budget cap of $1300 when utilities are involved.
- I value shared spaces & being clean/respectful. Would love to have to chance to be friends and even hang with my roommates but also be able to do our own thing! I don’t really bring a lot of people over but it’s all good if you have friends over. Always cool meeting new people.
