Hi, I'm looking for a place to move into on November 1st! Budget is $1,000/mo.

I'm a musician paying the bills as a Direct Support Professional, 39. I'm a Christian, an introvert, I clean my dishes—in general pretty good at being a roommate by now, after a decade in New York City.

I'm looking for a place where I'll be able to sleep at night--not looking to live with partiers. As for my own noise: I come with an upright piano; usually I play and write in the 10am-2pm range (but not for the full four hours)--I can definitely be flexible about timing, and I don't play during “sleeping” hours anyway. Common sense stuff. Prefer male roommates, and prefer the option to eventually get a cat.
