Townhouse sharing

I am looking for two roommates to share a townhouse with for a 12 month or more lease starting between January and March 2026 or a room in a townhouse with that matches those criteria.

Townhouse would need to have washer/dryer, air conditioning, and shared kitchen. Female or non binary only and someone who is generally clean and friendly.

I’m a 31-year-old 3D designer and app developer. I have three well-behaved and friendly cats, so it’s important that potential roommates are comfortable with pets. I work from home on both app development and 3D projects. I maintain a clean and organized living space and would appreciate a roommate who shares this value. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and open-minded, but please, no smoking or vaping.
