I am a professional female aged 34. I have a somewhat flexible budget of $950 and am unsure of move in date yet, but looking around mid January tentatively. I would like to share with females ideally between 25 and 40 years old if going the roomate route. I am not a smoker of any kind, don’t have parties at home, am extremely tidy and clean, courteous, and am looking for a similar type roommate.
