Responsible, agreeable tenant and small dog

Hey there,

My name is Ryan and I’m looking for cost-effective housing for a year. I don’t know if it’s weird to call myself “laid-back” but I think it fits. I also do not need a lot to be content with my living space. I very much am a personable person by do generally tend to keep to myself. I work a lot, so I pretty much just come home and chill on weekdays. The absolutely only necessities I have is a space that allows one small dog who I will be entirely responsible for, and a place to charge my EV car. If that makes you think the electricity bill will be out the roof, I promise you it won’t. It’s basically like plugging in a fridge.

I work in north Portland so I’m mainly looking for a place in the Portland Gresham area.
