Clean & Respectful Roommate

I work from home and also have a second job in healthcare. I am clean, responsible, and mostly keep to myself and stay in my room. I enjoy cooking and keeping shared spaces organized.

I am looking for a respectful, drama free roommate who values a calm and clean living environment.

What I am mainly looking for:
• No constant arguing or fighting. Occasional disagreements are normal, but consistent conflict is not okay
• Cleanliness is very important
• Rent must be paid on time
• Responsible and considerate behavior

Pets are okay only if you fully clean up after them and keep them out of eating areas ( like kitchen ) and my sleeping space.

No drugs allowed. Marijuana is okay, but no other substances.

I am not looking to share a room. I want to keep things as much as separate as it can be. I am looking to rent a room inside a house or apartment ( preferably unfinished )

The type of roommate I am looking for is:

• someone who keeps to themselves and pays their portion on time.
• a roommate who isn’t into hardcore drugs.
• someone that cleans after themselves and doesn’t leave dishes overnight constantly.
• a roomate who doesn’t mind open windows and sunlight.
• a roommate that doesn’t mind having house meetings and setting rules and boundaries so that there’s a great foundation.
