$150/week for short-term room rental

I’m Kristina. I’m a respectful empty-nester seeking a simple short-term room rental for $150/week. Preferably in the Southtowns or West Seneca, but open to other areas around Buffalo.

What you’ll get:

-$150 paid in advance of every week ($600/month)

-$150 (aka one week’s worth) security deposit

-Total flexibility: You and I are both free to end the rental arrangement for any reason, at any time, no questions asked. The rental should only continue if it’s a good fit.

-A responsible, friendly, non-smoking, drug-free tenant who respects your space and privacy

What you’ll give:

-A safe, clean room with access to a bathroom. The room can be any size (even tiny is fine), and furnished or unfurnished. I will provide an air mattress if there is no bed. I will be gone most of the day and don’t really need other furniture.

-Total flexibility: Once again, you and I are both free to end the rental arrangement for any reason, at any time, no questions asked. The rental should only continue if it’s a good fit.

-That’s it! It’s that simple.

More about me: I’m a 47-year old female. (I am fine with renting from either male or female.) For several years, I have had a small online business (I sell lesson materials to high school teachers). I also do gig work (Instacart, etc) for extra income. I’m usually gone most of the day. For the past few years, I have been a snowbird but my grown son is expecting his first child (my first grandchild) in January here in NY. He may move in a few months so I’d like to stay flexible on my location too. I’m not in the rental market for anything long term right now.
