I will be starting graduate school in NYC in January and am looking to move to the city soon before school starts. I'm looking for something just for the first semester, January to May (hoping to move in December 1), so am interested in short-term rentals, but willing to do a long-term rental if it's the right fit. I am not currently working as I will be a full-time student, but I will be more than able to pay full rent every month through personal savings and loans and will be seeking part-time employment once I move into the city.
