➖ AC
- I can only respond to you if you mention controllable AC.
- If central AC, am I able to adjust the thermostat directly or via some type of smart home app login? Are you ok w/ < 74 during the day and < 68 @ night?
- This means these are the temps in my room, not just in your room or in the house overall. I open windows when possible given outside light/noise/smoke/safety/privacy. I also understand it’s cold outside during winter (esp. in basements), but AC is still often necessary due to the heat from my PC/monitor/sun. I like a cool home for productivity during the day & restful sleep at night. Everyone’s preferences are different so I want to respect yours by sharing mine up-front to ensure we’re a good fit.
