Romanian-American writer & software engineer

27-year-old Romanian-American writer and software engineer. Looking to move in February or March.

Recently moved from Portland, OR, currently month-to-month in the East Village and looking for some cheaper (1750 or less including utilities).

I don't have too many meetings and I'm off work between 5:30 - 6, so you wouldn't hear me very much even though I'd work from home a lot. I do need enough space to fit a bed and desk and a good internet connection from my bedroom though.

My ideal living situation is a calm, clean place with easy going people. I like to connect with the people in my daily life, but I also understand we've all got our own busy lives.

I love reading, writing, traveling, community, cooking, soccer, and I’ve been picking up improv.

I’ve officiated a wedding and my friends named me as their children's guardian in their will. I’ve used Workaway to stay in the homes of strangers-turned-friends in exchange for part-time work (gardening, farming, housekeeping) in Paris, London, the Loire Valley, and the Pyrenees Mountains.

I like getting out of the house after work for literary open mics and writing workshops, to take classes (improv, yoga, woodworking, and tennis in the past), and to work out or play soccer/pickleball/tennis.
