Hi! I am looking for a short term lease for 6 months (possibly open to more). I am not particular about apartment specifications and amenities, but I am working near central park so being near a train station is preferable.
I am a recent graduate working a full time job, so I won't be in the apartment throughout the day and am very respectful and clean about my living spaces. I do not mind living in social and active environments but if you prefer a quieter space I will also make sure to not be disruptive!
