Clean/Professional Seeking A Base!

Hey, I’m Sean.
Full-time Field Integration Specialist with California Closets, and owner of a small registered business called Blackline. I’m clean, respectful, and grounded. No drama, no partying, just work, art, music, mountains, and my car. Recently divorced, not chasing relationships, just rebuilding and getting life solid again.
I take pride in my space. It’s always clean, organized, and dialed in. You can look me up; I’ve got nothing to hide. I’m straight-up and come from a generation that still believes in hard work, honesty, and doing things right the first time.
I ran a successful tattoo studio for years until COVID flipped the world, then went back to construction, where I can fix damn near anything and handle whatever’s thrown at me. Animals love me (don’t have any of my own yet… gotta rebuild the heart before I bring another soul into it).
I’m just looking for some solid people to share a place with. Folks who’ve got drive, discipline, and goals. I pay rent bi-weekly, same as my pay schedule; helps everyone stay balanced.
