Room wanted in Washington / Oregon

Hey! I'm looking for a room to rent, my price range is $500 - $800 a month, and I am trying to move out of Arizona as soon as I can!

I am a 24 year old 🏳️‍⚧️ man, he/him.

I am obviously LGBTQ+ and would like a roommate that respects that. I am usually pretty quiet, sometimes I like to play music out loud or chat with friends online in-call, and I try to be very respectful and mindful while sharing a space. I am also 420 friendly, as I smoke myself (though obviously I can respect house rules to smoke outside or not at all if need be.)

I always clean up after myself, and I totally don't mind cleaning if need be. (I've been a residential house cleaner for a good 3 or so years if that's beneficial information haha!) I'm great at paying rent on time, I have good credit, and I always look for the best out of situations!
