Part time roomie

Hello I'm 58 work as a logistics manager for a distributor of maple syrup in vermont, love being in the gym , live music and shows .8 years ago I came to NYC and fell in love. Just under 2 years ago I rented a room in astoria . As I am only here on weekends and my vacations it has gotten to be a little more than I can justify. I could go back to hotels when I visit but would love to find a more affordable space here its nice not having to carry luggage im looking for a space to rent can be room , share room lol couch when I'm here I'm always out and about so it really is a place to have some personal belongings and a place to lay my head. This might be an ideal situation for a person that wants a little extra money but not share space full time I would not really be there that often. I eat healthy so a kitchen would be nice.
