Looking for room or roommates to team up with

I’m a 28-year-old working professional looking for housing in Philly. Preferably somewhere with ok parking as I need my car for work.

I have a cat named Nova who is well behaved and very shy. I’m easy to get along with; friendly and happy to chat, but I generally keep to myself and respect others’ space.

I’m gay and would prefer LGBTQ+ roommates, but that’s not a requirement as long as you’re open-minded and accepting. I value a drama-free home where everyone minds their own business.

I keep active and go for runs most days. When I’m not working during the day, I’m usually at the gym, hanging out in my room, or out with friends. I always clean up after myself and never leave things lying around.
