Easy Going and Looking for a Peaceful Roommate

I'm a 61-year-old man looking for a comfortable, friendly, and stable place to call home.

I'm easygoing, clean, quiet, and organized. I'm considerate of others and respectful of their privacy and personal space. I'm a nonsmoker, don't use drugs, and enjoy staying active, particularly going to the gym and walking. I also enjoy reading, writing, and spending time building my business. I'm gay, so finding an LGBTQ-friendly and accepting household is important to me.

I'm self-employed and am also pursuing a degree online. I receive permanent Social Security Disability following an accident several years ago, from which I've fully recovered, and I receive a stable, verifiable monthly income as a result. I'm flexible about location, but being within walking distance of grocery stores, a gym, shopping, and other everyday conveniences would be idea.

I hope to find a comfortable and peaceful home with considerate people in a welcoming atmosphere.
