I keep a quiet routine, and I’m clean, respectful, and reliable with rent. Non-smoker, no drugs, and not a party person.
After an accident a few years ago, I’ve been on Social Security Disability. I’m currently receiving SSDI while also working part-time remotely, and I’m working my way back toward being fully off disability. Bottom line: I have steady, verifiable income.
