Easy Going and Looking for a Peaceful Roommate

I’m currently in Miami and planning my return to Southern California. I’m looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable place with a respectful and easygoing household. I’m a gay man, non-smoker, clean, organized, and considerate of shared spaces.

I currently receive stable monthly disability income following a past injury, providing reliable income each month. I’m fully recovered and plan to return to work once I’m settled back in California.

Since I don’t currently drive, I’m looking for a walkable location with good access to public transportation and ideally close to grocery stores, a gym, and other everyday essentials.

I’m dependable, responsible, and looking for a peaceful place that feels like home.
