Room wanted in San Francisco Bay Area

Hello, I am a traveling union journeyman electrician from San Diego, CA. I'm a married 57 year-old male seeking a room in San Francisco Bay Area, South Bay or Peninsula.
I don’t “party” or use drugs or smoke.
But I do drink moderately. Typically, I will have a beer after work and maybe wine or beer with dinner.

I have a flexible a move-in date of Feb 7th My maximum rent is around $1500 per month, and I'm hoping to share a space with a person or persons who are responsible, respectful and know how to clean up after themselves. Age is not really an issue for me . I'm organized and respectful of shared living spaces.
I like to keep things tidy and I always clean up after myself in order to respect the needs of others.
I do need use of a kitchen in order to prepare meals for myself… and will be happy to include others in the household occasionally. I cooked professionally for 20 years.

Though my spouse will normally be in San Diego, the ideal situation would allow her to come visit for long weekends from time to time. Or maybe even have a place where she could stay longer while workin remote up here.

This is not a requirement, however.
Just on the wishlist.
