Hi! I am moving to NYC from Hoboken, looking to start a lease between March 1st and April 15th 2026 (April 1 ideally)! I work in Midtown as a bartender and am pursuing acting/singing. My budget for a room is $1550/month! I’d like to find a place I can live for at least a year, preferably longer!
I usually work at night and take classes some mornings. I don't tend to cook much (so I don't take up space in the kitchen!). I am totally good to share a living space, bathroom, kitchen, etc., and I love any and all pets. I would prefer to live with females and have laundry in the building, but that's flexible. My only non-negotiable is that I don't want to be on the ground floor.
I am very clean and quiet and super excited to be in the city! In my free time, I work out, swim, sing, read, go out with friends, etc.!
