Desperate for a room

Aloha, I am looking for a private room that I can rent for around $725 to $800 per month with all utilities and WiFi included.

I'm very clean in my personal space. And I will also keep the common areas of house clean because I respect my living space.

I'm happy to share a living space with easy going, respectful males and easy going, respectful women, easy going, respectful LGBTQIA+ I'm seeking a space where I'm not in fear of my personal space being invaded and a space where my belongings are not being used or taken or things going missing from my shelf in the fridge or cabinets or pantry.

I am reliable, laid back , transparent . Communication is important and respect is key.
