I can pay up to $300/month. I’m responsible, quiet, and respectful. As a teacher, I’m happy to help around the home with light chores or even offer tutoring/academic support if you have kids who could use a little extra help. Also will help with walking or feeding pets
I just need a safe, comfortable space to sleep and study/relax.
