Easy going, responsible - seeking a room

Hello, my name is Gaston! I'm a 37 year old working professional. I'm clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to get along with. I work full-time, keep a quiet lifestyle. I have a 4-year-old daughter who stays with me occasionally, including some overnight visits. She is very well-behaved, friendly, and respectful of others and their space. My current schedule with her is that she stays overnight with me every other Saturday and I have her for 2 no- consecutive weeks throughout the year. I'm looking for a living arrangement where occasional visits from my daughter would be welcome. I have good income, a stable job, and great credit. I’m happy to do a year lease or month to month.
