I am looking for a large room and private bathroom would be great. I am available to move from 11/01/2025 and have a budget up to $1000. per month. I would like to share with someone who wouldn’t mind my maintaining the few ‘hair’ clients I have (10). *I usually will do complimentary haircuts for housemates*
