Hey there! I'm searching for a room starting February 1st, 2026. I'm a professional and hoping to find a place with rent up to $2000-$2500. But happier to pay less, in the range of $1200-$2000 I'm happy to share with males or females in their 20s through 50s. I have a super friendly dog, he loves people and will love you! He weighs 20 pounds, does not shed, is hypoallergenic, and quiet.

I'm clean and quiet and looking for the same in a roommate. I work in tech and work a hybrid schedule, working in office a few days a week and at home a few days a week.

I'm leaning toward a place in Manhattan - particularly Upper West Side - it is really nice there, close to Central Park and well served by public transportation.
