Room wanted in Orlando

Hey love! I saw your listing and wanted to reach out. I’m Julia, I’m a bartender here in Orlando, and I’m currently looking for a room for a few months.

A little bit about me, I mostly work nights, I’m pretty quiet and easygoing, and when I’m home I usually just keep to myself and stay in my room. I’m also kind of a cleaning freak lol, so I’m very clean and organized and I’m always willing to help with whatever needs to be done around the house. Cleaning, keeping common areas nice, helping out with things around the house, none of that is ever an issue for me.

I’m LGBTQ+ friendly. I do smoke sometimes, but I absolutely don’t mind doing it outside if that’s what you prefer. It’s not something I need to be doing all day or anything like that, especially since I’m working most of the time.

I also have an American Bully who’s currently going through training. He’s fully house-trained, crate trained, and has a very established routine at home. He’s extremely used to staying in my room with me and doesn’t roam around the house, so you wouldn’t have to worry about him being all over the common areas or getting into things. When I’m not home, he stays safely in my room as well. I’m very responsible with him and he would never be something you’d have to take care of or manage.

I’m planning on leaving Orlando around the beginning of January, I just wanted to be upfront about that from the beginning so you know I’m looking for something temporary rather than a long-term lease.
