Looking for a place to live. Either renting a room, a small studio or one bedroom place. I'm in my mid-30s. I work 5 days a week and I'm gone during the day most days even on days off. I'm super clean, quiet, I do not smoke, I don’t do drugs, don’t have any pets, and don’t have any kids. Most of the time when I'm not working on my days off I'm usually not around as I'm out and about doing things. The only requirements are that there is easy access to parking and there is a washer and dryer.
