Creative Single Female Looking in Sacramento

Hi!

I am a single, 41F with an awesome 10 year old, healthy puppers who is very well mannered and sweet. I am looking for a larger room with private bath if possible. Month to month is ideal but also open to a short lease that will turn month to month. I’d like a garage for some storage and a yard as well. It would be great to live with someone with dogs too as my dog misses having a buddy around.

I was formerly in a house so I have some belongings that will not fit into a room and ideally I’d like to ditch the storage unit so having space in a garage for some totes with items I need to hang on to for the future would be awesome.

I work, quietly, from home two days a week. Otherwise I’m at the office. I would also love to continue to garden as I left my garden beds behind. I also lead an all natural lifestyle so using low tox products is important as I am sensitive to strong fragrances from cleaning products etc.

I appreciate a clean home with mellow vibes. I'm not into partying or staying up late, so a quieter house is preferred. I like to cook and do food projects and I like hobbies in general so I'm usually up to something interesting, if space and time allows.

I'd like for my housemates to be co-operative and friendly so that our home can be well cared for and our communication is productive and respectful. Shared meals and game nights would be fun.
