Hi there! I am a 52-year-old male professional looking to rent a room in the Scottsdale area (currently residing near Cactus & Scottsdale Rd). I lead an incredibly disciplined, structured, and active lifestyle centered around health, wellness, and personal growth. You could say I live somewhat like a monk—my daily routine is anchored in meditation, fitness, and career building.
I come from a wonderful, grounded family (my father is a retired Fire Chief and my mother is an artist), and I value integrity, respect, and service. I own a rental property in Phoenix, so I deeply understand the importance of respecting a home and maintaining a property.
My Daily Routine (Monday – Friday)
3:30 AM – 6:30 AM: Wake up, meditation, and morning prayer.
6:30 AM – 7:00 AM: Tai Chi.
7:00 AM – 7:30 AM: Whole-foods meal prep.
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Away at work.
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Gym / working out.
8:00 PM: Lights out / asleep.

Weekends & Lifestyle
On the weekends, I keep things low-key. I spend time working quietly on my computer, developing materials for the health and wellness classes I teach a few times a month. On Sundays, I attend church, and I often visit with my family on weekends.
I am deeply passionate about personal development and biohacking (big fan of Dr. Joe Dispenza and Tony Robbins). I follow a strict whole-foods diet with zero processed foods. I don't drink, smoke, or party. I am entirely single, do not date, and do not bring guests or partners over.
