Room wanted in San Francisco Bay Area

Hi there!

I’m Shika, and looking for a room to rent in the San Francisco / Oakland Bay Area starting January 1, 2026. My budget is up to $1,000/month (including utilities).

I recently moved from Atlanta, where I shared a home with three roommates — an arrangement that worked really well for me. It allowed me to keep my overhead low since I travel often, and I prefer not to take on the full responsibility of maintaining my own place.

I rely on public transportation, so I’d love to find a home that’s within walking distance of a bus stop or BART station.

I’m kind, reliable, and respectful of common space. While I’m friendly and easy to get along with, I view shared living as more of a professional arrangement — pleasant, simple, and straightforward — rather than a social one. I spend most of my time in my room or on planes☺️
