Looking for Room or House to Rent

My mom, my sister, and I are looking for a room or house to rent or share. We are three people and spend most of the day at work or school.

Preferred areas: Mission Viejo, Ladera, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, Aliso Viejo, and nearby areas . we’re also open to slightly farther options if it’s a good fit.
• we don’t have pets
• we don’t have guests
• we are Non-smokers
• My sister attends school, and my mom and I both work
• We are here legally and have Green Cards
• We have no debt, no eviction history, or any negative records

Our budget (depending on the area) is around $1,500–$2,500. and we’re open to negotiation if needed.
