Hi everyone! I'm looking for a midsize room (minimum 10'x10'), anywhere in LA County. Private bath is NOT necessary. In-home laundry, wifi (or capable of installing wifi on my own account), drinkable tap water (or filter), plenty of storage space in bathroom & refrigerator ARE necessary. House or apartment is fine.

I'm very quiet, clean, organized, self-disciplined, dependable and reliable. Looking for a similar kind of person. I'm always on time with my rent and other bills. I'm disabled (ambulatory with no assistance, spinal issues, muscular issues, learning disabilities) and on Social Security & EBT. I need something under $600 per month, or discount with doing minor assistance around the place (no gardening or heavy lifting, but anything else is fine on occasion. No full-time, as my health can't handle that). I'm an Army veteran and a patriot. I'm a Christian Conservative and looking for the same. Formerly worked as a chef, NEMT, and caregiver to children, disabled and elderly. I do not have a car now, but might get one later. I have my own furniture, so furnished or unfurnished rooms are both fine. I will never get into your personal business. I always keep to myself and usually stay in my room. If you like having conversations, I'm cool with that, too. I keep very quiet and prefer that others do the same. I always use headphones whenever I'm on the TV, Gaming and music, because I despise volume wars and random loud noises. I'm fully sober-living (no smoking, vaping, alcohol, narcs, 42*, caffeine, etc) and looking for like-minded people. I'm not involved in any romantic relationships, so you won't have any drama from visitors. I'm exceptionally clean and organized, and I despise messiness. I'm good with pets and children of all ages, but I have no pets or children. I love video games, so gamers are highly suggested for gaming activities together. I'm very respectful, friendly & polite, and I like to be treated the same way.

Any race, gender, age, etc is fine, but I prefer someone with similar mindsets, beliefs and politics as my own, for peaceful coexistence. Location of residence must be near public transportation and supermarkets within short walking distance. No steep streets or anything out in the boonies.
