Hi everyone! I'm looking for a room to rent ASAP.
I recently received an offer letter for a new full-time position and start work on Monday, so I'm hoping to tour places and begin the application process as soon as possible. In the meantime, I can provide my offer letter, proof of savings, and have a good credit score.

My budget is ideally up to $1,140/month for a room, though I may have some flexibility for the right fit and a landlord that is more relaxed on the 40x rule. I'm open to different neighborhoods, but I work and attend school in Soho, so I'm hoping to keep my commute to under an hour.

A little about me: I'm an NYU student, clean, respectful, communicative, and easy to live with. I've shared living spaces for several years through dorm life, so I'm very mindful of keeping common areas tidy and respecting roommates' privacy and routines.

I'd ideally like to live with other women and/or members of the LGBTQ+ community.
