Australian Professional - Room for 2 months

G’day! I’m Josh, from Perth, Western Australia, now making the big jump to Texas. By day I work in energy/finance (think geothermal, oil & gas, data centers) and by night I'm pretty low key during the week and like to enjoy the surroundings on the weekend.

My arrival dates arent clear at the moment due to visa being granted but should be early October 2025.

I’m after a simple room share in the Sugar Land area (flexible for 1–2 months while I get settled). I travel light, I’m tidy, and I’m the type who actually washes the dishes straight after cooking.

Personality
• Always enjoy a nice chat, but also some time alone.
• Sarcastic sense of humour - I am hilarious...
• Dog-lover but plenty of love for cats too.

What I’m Looking For
• A room with decent Wi-Fi (Zoom calls and Netflix are sacred).
• Housemates who are chill, clean, and up for the occasional chat/beer/margarita — but I’m just as fine doing my own thing.
• Short-term lease (1–2 months) while I get my U. S. footing.
