Mature student (female) in need of a room

Hi there, I’m looking for a room preferably in the UWS or UES areas. Ideally I'm looking to rent for a year or two, but I’m happy to go month by month especially at first. I am very clean, quiet, classical music and meditation type of person, no pets, no kids, and I’ve never had bed bugs in my life and aim to keep it that way! I have a phobia about bugs of any kind, obviously this is NYC but cleanliness and sanity is of utmost importance to me. I take off my shoes in my home and happy to do so in yours. The room would be for me alone, no overnight guests. I would also like to be able to receive mail. I first and foremost respect this is your space, your sanctuary, your home. If a lease needs to be signed I have a high income guarantor. If there isn’t a lease involved, I would still like to have our agreement in writing and I’m happy to go over the details and work out all of yours and my concerns. Never been evicted, never late on rent. Willing to pay a bit more than my budget for the right location, utilities, etc. If we sound like a good match, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
