Seeking a Flexible Rental , by the night or by the week - Room, ADU, or even just a couch!

Hi! I’m Jack, a disabled (but not handicapped) veteran making ends meet on a very tight pension. I came to LA in 2020, just to visit, and fell in love with the city (and someone special), and haven’t left. Now, my living situation is a bit unique, so if you’re open to something unconventional, we might be the perfect match!

What I’m Looking For:

I stay with my girlfriend in Sherman Oaks every other week (when she doesn’t have custody of her teenage son), so I only need a place during the opposite weeks. And honestly, I don’t even need a full room - a comfy couch and a hot shower will do just fine!

I also have a rotating arrangement of trusted house-sitting gigs, which means I’m often away caring for people’s homes, pets, and plants. However, there are gaps between stays when I need a place to crash - sometimes just for a night or two, other times up to a week. If you have a spare room or a cozy nook and want to make some extra cash (or trade for incredible massages), let’s talk!

• All-inclusive utilities preferred.
• Not necessary, but would love an arrangement where I can occasionally host a massage client (very rare, but willing to pay more or trade free massages for this privilege).

I naturally vibe with feminine energy - women tend to be cleaner, quieter, and more conscientious, and I love a space that smells nice!
