Professional seeking an LGBT friendly Home

I am a professional trans woman aged 40. I am looking for a room with possible kitchen privileges. I am available to move from 10/01/2025 and have a budget of $1,600/month. I would like to share with people of any age. I do have a cat who is my world and part of my support to help with my depression. She is an inside cat and at the moment she stays with my mom. I work graves so you won’t hear or see much of me during the day. I have vampire hours really. I sleep in the day and get up to head to work. When I am off, I do head out to do some door dashing or just a little bit exploring, maybe try a new place for me to eat since I am a foodie. Other times I just sleep and relax and either watch something, play games or listen to music and write. I do love karaoke and board games so if you guys do game nights I’m always down to play if I’m available. Anything else to know can be learned whenever we meet.
