Our 17-year-old is a tremendous asset, providing reliable assistance with her younger siblings and supporting my business with administrative tasks (she is also a working voice actor for anime). Our goal is to ensure a safe environment for all our children while we focus on our work.

My husband is a professional photographer and massage therapist, and I own a busy housekeeping business. We are dedicated, working professionals who maintain a steady income through our "gig work," which often keeps us outside the property during the day.

We are looking to secure a large one-bedroom unit with a private bathroom that allows us space for rest and necessary internet access for our work. Our committed budget is around $1,000 per month. We prioritize maintaining a predictable and consistent financial agreement and will always communicate proactively should any plans change.

Why a Single Room Works for Us
We know some hosts are deterred by a family of five looking for a one-bedroom space. However, as traveling professionals who work extensively, the property serves mainly as a place to rest, handle essential business administration, and spend quality, concentrated time together. When we are all at the house, it is often for family time and relaxation, as we conduct most of our activities and work externally.
