Room wanted in Thousand Oaks, CA

Hi! I’m Cassie and I’ll be moving from Florida with my 15 lb miniature cockapoo (female, spayed, very sweet). I’m looking for a room in a 2–3 bedroom home with my own private bathroom, or I’m open to connecting with someone who’s also looking so we can find a place together and sign a lease jointly.

Ideally looking in Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Newbury Park, Simi Valley, or surrounding Ventura County / LA border areas.

A little about me: I’m 27, a working professional on a hybrid schedule. I’m neat, quiet, and more of a homebody—not a heavy partier at all. I keep to myself but really appreciate a respectful, friendly roommate dynamic (not necessarily looking for built-in best friends, just a comfortable and kind home).

I will be bringing my dog Millie—she’s a gentle and friendly small dog, fully house-trained. She does occasionally bark when someone is at the door, but she is not destructive, doesn’t bite, and is overall very easy to live with.

A patio or some outdoor space would be a bonus. I’m reliable, considerate, clean, and looking to live with someone who values the same.
